Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow up to 5 days for processing and dispatch. Orders may take longer in high volume periods. Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via sms updates or email.

We ship only on business days (Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Please check store annoucements for processing delays.

We will do our best to contact you if we are unable to meet your expected dispatch day but please follow our social media pages for generic updates.

For remote locations Australia Post advises to add 2-5 days to expected shipping times.
